This last weekend we had the opportunity to go home! It was
so fun to get to spend time with our family and friends! Bill had finals on Friday
and was done shortly after 7; I wanted to get a couple of hours at work, I was
suppose to stay until 9 but by 8:30 I was ready to go:) I came home and we
finished packing the truck and we were on our way by 9! It was so nice to get
there before dark for once! The roads were bad until Medicine Bow, and then
they were fine. When we first got into town we stopped at Grandma Perkins',
Addi answered the door and was soo excited to see us! (maybe just Bill). She
was kind of shy at first and just smiled, I love that little girl! Going from
seeing here every day to ever few months takes some getting used to! Friday
night we hung out with Bill's brother Cris and his cousin Raymond, we also got
to see Bill's good high school friends Joey and Ty. Saturday we went to
Billings with my mom to see Scotty, Brandy and Avah! It was so fun to see them;
Avah is growing like a weed! I wish we lived closer so I could kiss on her
more:) We got to eat at Cafe Rio, it had just opened Friday! After eating we
went to Scotty and Brandy's to hang out and play with Avah, we ended up
breaking out the Wii, which was so fun! We played the Wii Fit games; they were
kinda hard but very fun! We even got mom and Scotty to play!! We finished off
the night with some DQ and headed home. Sunday we went out to see my dad and Deb
and just hung out and then Monday came... we had to come back to cold windy
Laramie... Bill didn't have school Monday since it was the end of a phase, so
we decided it would be a good weekend to go home. Bill has now completed 2
phases and is finally starting his diesel classes, he says he thinks it’s going
to be hard but he thinks he will enjoy it! I'm still enjoying work, I work 7-3
or 7-2 depending on my mood:) so it’s nice to get off early and still have some
day to do something!
sheets of ice!
i love her faces
she wanted to play the wii too!
